i get photos from hotel and if u show me how to send you them, i will be glad.
i went to hotel at 8,00 pm. they showed me a room "outbuilding" from normal hotel. (i also want to send the pictures of this room.). i asked lady (family hotel=a couple works it) & she replied they no give normal hotel rooms to customers who have dogs. was a poor place, no carpet, and was a cold place , there is a small heater which cannot afford to heat itself. it was late 2 find a good hotel, we stayed there, but was an awful place. PLEASE. BE CAREFUL ABOUT THİS HOTEL. THİS KİND OF ACTİON DO NOT GOOD Booked.netG.COM THANKS

The breakfast was delicious and varied, served in the garden. My grand superior king room with Jacuzzis, aircondition plus hot tub was nicely decorated. The location was magnificent for Nice, just off tram and very pretty front garden.

We stayed at the room for 4 people. It was very close to the road, actually on the road. It was very noisy. We could not sleep well.
The location of the room.

I felt domestic atmosphere, very kind and pleasent man and his wife who run the hotel. Beatiful garden. Close to the tram, good connection to the city centre.

We loved the tranquil garden where we enjoyed breakfast surrounded by fragrant flowers. The owner provided invaluable advice on local dining. Be sure to ask for recommendations-Son's suggestions.

We loved the situation of the hotel and the lovely shaded garden. It had an old fashioned charm. It is nicely situated for the art museums and the old town, with the tramline very close by.
Our room was a bit stuffy; the air conditioning was too noisy to keep on all night. We did get overcharged I think by 15 euros as I understood it was going to be 75 euros for a tripple room but they charged us 90 euros plus breakfast and taxes, about 106 in all. We didn't query it with them, but I thought I should mention it in case it is a habit of theirs.

Not a lot. We wanted an overnight stop but it is not really useful as an overnight stop because it is difficult to get to by car.
The room was just about the smallest we have ever seen and the shower was only suitable for a very thin person. The wi fi did not work anywhere in the building and the parking was difficult. Had to park on a meter opposite to get away early in the morning. Considering what we have been paying for hotel rooms on our months tour from Spain to Italy this was the most expensive and only ok if you want to spend a few days in Nice. It is very close to the tram way which goes to the sea front

The warm welcome from Pierre set the tone for my stay right from the start. The hotel's design feels like a charming home, not a typical busy hotel. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower. I particularly loved the garden, a lovely spot for breakfast amid palm and lemon trees. The nearby tram station made getting around Nice super easy, just a quick 10-minute ride to the beach. Son, the owner, was helpful with local tips, whether for restaurants or sights to see. I did notice some noise late in the evenings from foot traffic nearby, which occasionally disrupted my peace. The breakfast variety could have been broader. I'm still looking forward to coming back to this unique place.
